The 16th Sports Science Congress of the International Table Tennis Federation will be held in Budapest, Hungary. Budapest is one of the most visited city in Europe by tourist and as the capital of Hungary it has a lot of tourist attractions like the Hungarian Parliament, the Buda Castle, the Matthias Church and the Fishermen’s Bastion, the Széchenyi Chain Bridge or the Heroes’ Square etc. The history of the city began in the Roman Empire and its more than 13 centuries built a unique tradition in the middle of Europe. The city is the centre of the Hungarian literature, culture, arts, sports and science too. It is an ideal place for the most important scientific congress in table tennis not only because its central role but because of the traditions of the Hungarian table tennis in the world.
The congress venue will be the Danubius Hotel Flamenco **** which is one of the best congress hotels in Budapest.
All the congress participants has the possibility to book their own room in the official hotel for reduced prices which are available only for the congress participants.
The room prices include the VAT, local tax, free Wifi connection in the entire hotel, unlimited use of the Danubius Premier Fitness Club (swimming pool, sauna, and fitness room), and hot-cold American buffet breakfast. (Minibar, lobby bar and other extras are not included.)
Check-in time is 15:00 hours on arrival day – check-out time: 10:00 am.
The hotel grants the bedroom rates above for pre and post nights 3 nights prior to and after the congress based upon availability.
The delegates book their rooms directly through a booking link which is sent out by the organising committee if you notice your book reservation demand in the online registration system. Each guest is paying for their own rooms.
